Dear Vendor:
Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Benefit P.R.C.A. Rodeo, which will be held on September 23rd, 24th, and 25th, 2022, at 2555 Glen Helen Parkway in San Bernardino, California.

We expect more than 25,000 Southern Californians during the three-day rodeo and they will pass through the exhibition area as they attend or participate in the scheduled events.

Booth space within the exhibition area is limited and will be contracted on a “first-paid, first-reserved” basis. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booth. Discount pricing may be available for multiple booth purchases. The rental fee balance must be paid by August 15th, 2022. When paid in full, your company’s name/logo and website link will be added to our rodeo website for the entire year, at no additional cost!

Attached is an “Application to Exhibit” form for your use in reserving your booth. Please return the signed original application along with your check or money order made payable to the SHERIFF’S BENEFIT RODEO.
