Ticket Terms of Use
- San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Rodeo is the only authorized seller of tickets. Tickets obtained from any other source are not guaranteed to be valid and may be denied entry.
- Each ticket contains a unique code and is valid for one-time use only. Duplicate, altered, or fraudulent tickets will be rejected.
- Tickets should be purchased only through authorized sources. The event is not responsible for tickets obtained through third parties.
- Tickets are a revocable license for entry, subject to these terms and applicable law.
- A valid photo ID may be required for entry.
- Admission may be refused or revoked for safety concerns, rule violations, or unlawful/disruptive conduct.
- Tickets may be transferred for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized resale is prohibited.
Assumption of Risk
- Attendance involves inherent risks (including livestock, crowds, and outdoor conditions).
Media Notice
- By attending, you consent to incidental photography and video recording for promotional use.
Refunds, Disputes & Cancellations
All Sales Final (with Limited Exceptions)
- All sales are final except as required by California law or as outlined below.
Refunds May Be Issued If:
- The event is canceled and not rescheduled
- There is a material change (e.g., significant date or location change)
Rescheduled Events
- Tickets remain valid for the new date.
- If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within the posted timeframe.
No Refunds For:
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Travel or transportation issues
- Weather typical for outdoor events
- Minor lineup or program changes
Disputes or Chargebacks
- Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
- Improper chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases, where permitted by law.
Event Changes or Cancellation
- If the event is canceled, postponed, or materially changed, ticket holders will be notified.
- Reasonable remedies may include ticket transfer, credit, or refund.
